This triple housing metered carbon block filter uses a 5 Micron Sediment Filter, Pentek® CBR2-10R absolute rated 1 µ carbon block filter, and a KDF-GAC filter. The system removes chlorine, bad taste, odor, color, as well as Cryptosporidium and Giardia and lead. CBR2-10R also removes sediment down to 1 µ at 99.99% removal. KDF-GAC filter adds chemical contaminant removal, such as VOC's & THM's to the system and is bacteriostatic. This complete system includes filter housing assembly with meter, CBR2-10R cartridge, KDF/GAC Cartridge, 5 Micron Spun Sediment Filter, faucet, John Guest quick connect fittings, flow meter, tubing, mounting bracket, screws and housing wrench, and installation diagram with written instructions. This system is excellent for areas known to have high sediment content.
